About us

"M-Danimond" Ltd. is a Bulgarian-Italian company, established in 1995, and specialised in purchasing, processing and export of wild and cultivated mushrooms, vegetables and wild berries. We offer fresh, dried, frozen mushrooms, frozen fruits and vegetables in various consumer packs as well as in suitable packing for industrial use. Our production list includes a wide range of canned mushrooms and vegetables in glass jars.
At the beginning of its activity the company has focused on establishing a network for the collection of mushrooms all over the country and its export in fresh and dried form. Meanwhile the construction of modern refrigeration facilities for the production of frozen mushrooms and vegetables was set up. At present, the company has four production sites with up to 700 employees during the peak season. Canning activities are concentrated in one of them - in Jijevo village at Rhodope Mountain.
Our success is ensured through: constantly developing of our new own original recipes, accomplishment of high value investments in advanced technologies, allowing expansion and improvement of the product range. Our products meet the current requirements for nutrition and modern trends in the food industry.
Our ultimate goal is the production of products that are close in taste to the homemade Bulgarian cuisine and follow the traditions and experience in the canning industry. Along with the traditional Bulgarian cuisine dishes we develop and offer new, interesting and previously unknown products, such as the grilled vegetables. A crucial contribution in the general assessment has the beautiful appearance of all manually arranged products. The highly qualified staff with years of experience plays a significant role in accomplishing those tasks.
A major part of our production is exported. Our traditional markets are Italy, Germany, Russia, Poland, and USA. For the purpose of exports to the USA our factory has an FDA registration. In Bulgaria we enjoy a long-lasting and successful collaboration with Metro, Billa, Kaufland, Fantastiko and CBA
